The unfolding COVID-19 situation in South Australia is impacting our staff, volunteers, clients and community.
South Australia is currently in a seven-day lockdown, which is set to finish at midnight on Tuesday 27 July.
People's safety is our number one priority and in line with this we would like to share the following information about our services.
Resource for families
Lockdowns and upheaval to our routines during the current pandemic can be especially tough for families and children.
To support families with strategies to help them cope during the pandemic, our Family and Relationships team have produced the following resource. To download the resource, click the link below.

In times of crisis, upheaval and uncertainty like the current pandemic and lockdown in South Australia, talking to an objective person who can listen with a compassionate ear can be a positive step to take for your mental health. Appointments with Lutheran Care's trained counsellors are going ahead over the phone or via video call. To make an appointment with one of our counsellors, please phone our Blair Athol site on (08) 8269 9300.
If you are worried about your financial situation and in need of some support and advice from a professional, speaking with a professional Financial Counsellor may be beneficial. Lockdown can be an anxious time, with fears and uncertainty around employment, education, life, relationships and of course people's health coming to the fore.

Help and support are available to you.
Please check out the helplines below. You may also wish to consider arranging a phone or video call with one of Lutheran Care's trained counsellors, which are continuing during lockdown. Phone 8269 9300 to arrange your appointment.
