Op Shops that Support Your Local Community
We are excited to announce that our op shops are reopening on Monday, 25 May 2020!
We look forward to welcoming you back to our stores and we have introduced additional hygiene measures to ensure the safety of our customers. This includes hand sanitiser stationed around the shops, Perspex screens on counters and ensuring areas such as the change rooms are cleaned regularly. The health and safety of our customers remains our top priority. Thank you for your continued support and we'll see you soon!
LCC op shops provide quality clothing, toys, home-wares, accessories, linen, handbags and other household items at very affordable prices. Click below for contact details and open hours.
Find your closest store or get some friends together and join an upcoming bus tour! Our shops are full of fabulous volunteers and generous donations. 100 per cent of all shop proceeds fund services that benefit your local community.
By supporting our op shops, you become a key partner in our mission to build strong, caring communities. Thank you!

LCC op shops are going green and we need your help. Use your sewing skills to 'give back and help care' for the environment. Come on board yourself or ask your sewing group to help us make enviro-friendly bags from donated scarves, pillow cases and t-shirts.
We provide the fabric and the pattern and you provide your skills. Can you help?
If you have any queries please call 8269 9300.
Op Shop Volunteering
If you are interested in volunteering in an op shop or have a specific skill set you can offer, please contact us and we can discuss opportunities which may be available.
Looking for a corporate volunteering opportunity?
We have those too!
Let us know how many people are in your team and the amount of time you're able to give and we can discuss opportunities that will build your teamwork and serve the community at the same time!
For more information about volunteering opportunities please contact our Volunteer Administrator at firstname.lastname@example.org or 8269 9300.
Op Shop Donations Guide
Each year our volunteers sort, pack and move thousands of bags of clothing and bric-a-brac items. The process of receiving, sorting, packing, pricing and displaying does take time and unfortunately we are not able to accept some items.
Please ensure all items are in good, usable condition.
Donations we can accept
- Clothing of all sizes for men, women and children which are clean and presentable
- Children's toys which are clean and unbroken
- Dinnerware and crockery which is presentable and unbroken
- Clean shoes
- Unbroken picture frames
- Hats, scarves, belts and ties
- Clean linen (bed sheets, pillow cases, curtains)
Donations we cannot accept
- Specific school uniforms for children
- Televisions, computer monitors and printers
- Broken, incomplete or unclean children's toys
- VHS cassettes or cassette players
- Old magazines and used stationery (including old personal diaries and calendars)
- Used art/craft supplies (e.g. opened paint kits, new is fine)
- Illegitimate DVDs, computer games or audio CDs - it is against the law in Australia to retail unofficial copies e.g. 'burnt CDs'
- Any type of restraint baby items (e.g. high chairs, cots, bouncers)
Let's be friends! Like our Op Shops Facebook Page and be the first to see new arrivals, sales (yes, sometimes it's even cheaper) and upcoming op shop bus tour dates. You can also find all our shops on Google Maps, so don't be shy to share photos of your bargains or leave us a kind review.
