Emergency Relief
Emergency Relief provides support for low income households who are in an immediate need to overcome an 'unforseen' situation.
We help low-income households within our local area by providing emergency relief in the form of food and clothing, together with community information and/or referrals to other services.
Please note in most situations Lutheran Community Care can provide assistance for households up to three times in any 12 month period and once in a Centrelink payment period. This does not automatically restart at the beginning of a calendar or financial year.
