We are looking for a Housing Access Coordinator who will work across the alliance partners with responsibility for supporting developed case plans, and strengths-based, trauma-informed client interaction.
You will be building relationships with Community Housing Partners, Real Estate Agents and private rentals to help clients to achieve their housing goals. By allocating suitable housing you will match clients to properties in preferred locations in collaboration with relevant Alliance partners.
You will work with people at risk, or people experiencing homelessness, and you will have a strong understanding of housing demand and fair allocation principles. You will have a knowledge and understanding of the issues facing those experiencing homelessness, a high level of interpersonal skills in dealing with the public and other organisations.
