The Foster Care Training Coordinator will hold dual responsibility of coordination and delivery of training to staff and foster carers as well as managing a small caseload of assessments from time to time as required.
The Foster Care Training Coordinator will work within the Assessment & Training Team to ensure the provision of high-quality, relevant and appropriate training. The role will facilitate training to foster carers and FCS staff, as well as provide support to the FCS leadership team in planning and coordinating professional development (PD) opportunities for staff.
