This is where YOU come in! We are looking for a dynamic person who has a passion to provide individualised support to our clients both in-home and in the community. Above all, we want someone who not only likes to have fun but will bring fun to the role!
As a Community Activity Worker you will be joining a team that thrives on person centeredness and has a genuine passion for empowering people living with a disability. This role is accountable for the delivery and continuous improvement of high quality person-centered services to clients to ensure they are supported in living their best lives in the place of their choice, achieving their goals.
A Cert III Individual Support (Disability) will be highly regarded but is not essential. A full drivers licence, vehicle and smart phone are essential for this position. In addition you will need to hold a valid NDIS Worker Screening Check and DHS Working with Children clearance.
