HR & Communications Volunteer

Located at Sefton Park

We are looking for a volunteer to provide support in our administration office one morning per week. 

This position would suit somebody with existing skills who wants to gain extra workplace experience, or someone who is winding down from a career in administration.  Duties include answering and re-directing phone calls; electronic and physical filing of documents; taking receipt of deliveries; monitoring brochure stocks; assisting with the creation of e-bulletins and other duties as required.

Emergency Relief Volunteers

Located in Blair Athol

Our Emergency Relief team is in need of volunteer support for the following roles: 

  • ER Interviewers - meet with clients to assess eligibility for assistance.
  • Document Support - work with clients one-on-one to assist with completing documents.
  • Administration - assist the ER Caseworker with administration and occasional casework support.

Op Shop Volunteers

Located in Blair Athol

We are looking for volunteers to help in our Blair Athol Op Shop on Wednesdays and Fridays to sort clothes, arrange items on display, and greet and provide assistance to customers.

Community Visitors Scheme

Located in Clare and Murray Bridge

We are particularly seeking volunteers in the Clare and Murray Bridge regions to be part of the Community Visitors Scheme. Volunteer Community Visitors visit a resident in an aged care facility once a fortnight for companionship and friendship.

Mobile Creche Service Volunteers

Based at Ingle Farm

We are in need of dedicated volunteers who love to care for and interact with children aged newborn to 5 years old. Crèche workers provide care for children whose parents attend craft groups, mental health support groups, parenting classes and social groups at Ingle Farm and surrounding suburbs. If you can spare 2-3 hours a week, we would love to hear from you.
