Grief and Loss - Seasons for Growth

This group is created for people who have experienced significant change or loss. We examine the impact of changes such as death, separation, divorce, and natural disaster upon our lives, and explore how we can learn to live with and grow from these experiences.

The sessions are held for small groups where participants share their experiences, support and learn from one another.

These issues are addressed in a group setting and facilitated by a trained counsellor from Lutheran Community Care.
